15’ WHITEHALL WITH SAILING RIG

With an instantly recognizable profile, Whitehall pulling boats (as these rowboats are known) have been built with both carvel and lapstrake planking, and this fine example is built with cedar lapstrake planking copper-riveted to steam-bent oak frames. New Shaw & Tenney oars included with this replica of the Palmer Island Lighthouse Rescue boat, built by the Apprenticeshop in Maine. She has been regularly maintained, and contains a new stem and oak rubrails. Her sailing rig includes mast, boom, gaff, sail, rudder and tiller.
